I'm going on holiday, can I suspend my Herald delivery?
If you wish to temporarily suspend your home deliveries, you can do it here with your subscriber number and
PIN number. Or you can access our automated telephone on 0800 100 888 option 2. Naturally you’ll
receive a credit for the days you don’t have the Herald delivered. Or you can choose to gift your holiday stop
credit to the Herald Gift Your Paper Fund which provides complementary subscriptions to a range of worthy
charities including Hospice New Zealand and Barnodos.
What happens if my paper is not delivered, or it's damaged or wet?
If for some reason your paper is not delivered, or it is damaged or wet, give us a call before 8:45am and we’ll
re-deliver your paper or give you a credit on your account. We’ll give you a credit if you call after 8:45am. If
damaged or wet papers are an ongoing problem please let us know. We can provide you with a high quality
Herald paper box.
I'm moving house, what should I do?
We can arrange things so your delivery moves when you do. Please either email us at
firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0800 100 888 and give us a couple of days notice.
How can I give a Herald subscription as a gift?
A Herald subscription is a great gift. You can arrange a gift subscription online or call us on 0800 100 888 to
arrange for a gift certificate for you to give to the recipient.
Can I get back copies of the Herald?
We keep a limited number of editions from the last 12 months, so if you need to get hold of a back issue just
give us a call.
Can I buy any of the photos published in the Herald?
You can purchase stunning images captured by our team of award-winning photographers. All photo’s are
