of your Herald for up to 60 days by specifying a stop and start date.

This service allows you to temporarily suspend delivery of your Herald for up to 60 days by specifying a stop and start date.

  • To use this service, you will need your:
  • Herald Subscriber Number (located on your invoice)
  • Four digit PIN (What's this?)
  • Date you would like your paper to restart

Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed when using
this on-line service.

Once you have temporarily put your Herald on hold, you can review
or change it at any stage simply by dialing 0800 100 888 and
pressing 2 for subscriber services. An automated voice will prompt
you through the service.
