Welcome to subscriber services

The Temporary Hold service allows you to temporarily suspend delivery
of your paper for up to 60 days by specifying a stop and start date.

To use this service, you will need your:

  •     Herald Subscriber Number (located on your invoice) & pin number.
  •     Date you would like your paper to stop.
  •     Date you would like your paper to restart.


Please allow 24 hours for your request to be processed when using this on-line service.

Once you have temporarily put your paper on hold, you can review it or change it at any stage by simply dialling 0800 100 888 and pressing 1 for subscriber services. An automated voice will prompt you through the service.
